Festive class dates and some events news in Farnham

The Pilates Suite news

We hope you’re full of festive cheer and looking forward to spending plenty of time with friends and family this month.  We’re going to be taking a short blogging break between now and the New Year, but first we wanted to share a few pieces of news with you.

Christmas and New Year break
In Farnham we’ll be closed at the end of Friday 16 December and we’ll reopen on Tuesday 3 January.
In Hampton Wick we’ll be finishing on Friday 23 December and also reopen on Tuesday 3 January.

Don’t forget to keep up with your Pilates over the holidays, because all that slouching in front of the TV or standing in heels at parties will take their toll!  To refresh your memory with some exercises that you can do at home, here’s a link to a blog post we wrote at the start of the summer holidays.

Christmas celebrations with clients
Last month we enjoyed a fantastic and festive lunch with our Hampton Wick ladies and on Thursday 1 December, we hosted Christmas drinks at The Oast House in Farnham.  We had a lot of fun chatting to you all and hope you enjoyed having a sneak peak at the soon-to-open studio.

Events in Farnham – in 2017
A couple of months ago we featured a guest blog post by local nutritionist, Sarah Zorab which was very popular with our clients.  We’re pleased to say that we’re teaming up with Sarah once again for an evening talk including soup, oatcakes and drinks at our Farnham studio.

Sarah Zorab

At this Women’s Nutrition Evening on Thursday 26th January 2017 from 7.30-9pm, Sarah will cover the principles of good nutrition for optimum women’s health and ways to improve particular conditions or challenges including digestive health, hormonal changes, energy levels and supplements.

Tickets are £20 and include drinks and food.

To book, please email enquiries@thepilatessuite.co.uk before Monday 16th January 2017 with your name, phone number and a day/time we can call you to arrange payment.

We’re also planning a second, very different themed event in early March, so keep your eyes peeled for more information.  We’ll send our Farnham clients an email and post on our Facebook page with more details, sometime in January.

All that’s left is to say that we wish all our clients and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  See you in 2017!

Best wishes,
Kirsten and Maria
